Where winblx determines that a person holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different identities — winblx reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated Bets, and forfeit all Balances without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords with any third party. winblx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify winblx support immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access.
winblx is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit satisfactory proof of identity, proof of address, and — in some circumstances — proof of source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided and approved.

All transactions on the winblx Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winblx does not hold accounts in foreign currencies on behalf of users.

All Bets are subject to winblx's acceptance at its sole discretion. winblx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected use of insider information, manifest pricing errors, system errors, or any violation of these Terms.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error, winblx reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes to the relevant Account. winblx's decision in such matters shall be final. "If in doubt, void" is the governing principle applied to genuine pricing and technical errors.
Maximum payout limits apply per Bet and per event as specified in the relevant game or market rules. These limits are accessible within the winblx Platform and may be amended at any time.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions offered by winblx are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated: (a) bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal; (b) bonuses are not transferable; (c) winblx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it suspects abuse; (d) in the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winblx Platform. Breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of Bets, and forfeiture of Balance:
All content on the winblx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and databases — is owned by or licensed to winblx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any winblx content without express prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winblx shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform; or (d) any interruption or cessation of service due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond winblx's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits winblx's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, winblx reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and, if fraud or a material breach is confirmed, to forfeit such Balance. Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the verified payment method on file following completion of any required investigation period.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws under which winblx is licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through winblx's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the applicable licensing body's dispute resolution mechanism.
